Alejandro (“Al”) is Co-Founder and General Partner at Technicolor Ventures, an early stage venture fund. Previously, Al led Technicolor’s innovation lab, where he helped start numerous businesses, including Ultravisual, which sold to Flipboard, and MaxPlay, a 3D game engine, which has spun out of Technicolor and raised capital. Al has developed a deep passion for media during his time as Head of Operations and Strategy in Technicolor’s Visual Effects and Animation business which experienced impressive revenue and margin expansion during his tenure. Prior to working at Technicolor, Al was an Investment Banker at Merrill Lynch. Alejandro graduated from Stanford’s GSB.
