Daniel Frankenstein, co-Founder of Joule Ventures

Daniel Frankenstein is a co-Founder of Joule Ventures, a first-check fund for Israeli founders commercializing enterprise-grade solutions in U.S. markets.  Daniel is a corporate expert turned venture investor with a deep understanding for the value that seed-stage technology businesses gain by partnering with multinational enterprises early and efficiently.  Daniel has advised Fortune 1000 CFOs on industry best practices from his eight years with the Corporate Executive Board (NYSE:CEB) in Washington DC.  

Avi Cohen, CEO and co-Founder of Entrio

Avi Cohen is the CEO and co-Founder of Entrio, a platform dedicated to responsible tech adoption, particularly within financial institutions. With a background in IT asset management and a focus on sustainable growth through efficient technology use, Avi has positioned Entrio as a leader in optimizing and reusing tech assets to align with corporate and environmental governance.

Sharona Justman, co-Founder of The Israel Conference
Sharona Justman is a premier strategist in the Israel-US business corridor. In 2009, she co-founded The Israel Conference™ alongside Yossi Vardi, the ‘godfather of Israeli technology’, to create a high-profile platform showcasing Israeli innovation. As the host of the Israel Means Business™ podcast, Sharona highlights Israel's entrepreneurial milestones for a global audience of venture capitalists and multinational corporations. Beyond her media and event presence, she leads STEP Strategy Advisors, a Los Angeles-based investment banking team specializing in tech and consumer goods. A former CPA and consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and founding partner in RJMC, a technology consulting firm, Sharona is an alumna of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.  She is passionate about highlighting the global impact of Israeli innovation. 

Nathan Tsror, Israel Economic Minister to North America - East Coast
Nathan Tsror leads the Israel Economic Mission in New York with 25 years with the Ministry of Economy and Industry previously serving as Head of the Americas Desk and Economic Attaché in London and Paris. Nathan's focus is to strengthen economic ties between Israel and the United States by advancing trade, investment, and strategic cooperation across a wide range of industries. The Economic Mission is committed to bringing Israeli innovation to U.S. markets, from startups to established companies, by fostering partnerships, connecting with investors and corporations, and driving collaboration.

Alon Harnoy, Partner in the Corporate Practice and Head of the Fund Formation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell
Alon has extensive experience in domestic and international transactions across a wide range of industries, and his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation and fund compliance, joint ventures, securities and corporate finance, capital markets, and general corporate and commercial matters.  Alon’s clients include private equity firms, private funds and their sponsors, global companies, financial institutions, high net worth individuals, as well as start-ups, founders and private investors.

Sasha serves domestic and foreign clients, real estate developers and sponsors, real estate investors, lenders, startups and emerging companies, venture capital funds, high net worth individuals, and nonprofit entities. Sasha serves as an outside general counsel to a variety of companies in the real estate, education, technology, retail, and other fields.

Moty Ben Yona, Partner in the Corporate Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell
Moty represents clients in a broad range of business and commercial transactions, with a concentration on corporate and corporate-real estate transactions, mortgage lending, purchase and sale transactions, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate finance transactions, and general corporate representation.  Moty served as Senior General Counsel of one of Israel’s leading Venture Capital funds.​​
