The Winery was established in 1983 by four kibbutzim collective communities and four moshavim cooperative communities. In the words of Victor Schoenfeld, our Head Winemaker, “Wine conveys a feeling of its source from within. The region in which the grapes are grown is embedded in the taste, aroma, and color of the wine. Wine therefore has the power to embody the culture, language, scents, and people of its region.” We strive to produce wines that best convey the distinctive terroir of the Golan Heights.
